Forest Classics was started by the Horner family as a custom log furniture business in the 1980's. The business was located in the small mountain community of Ridgway, Colorado, near the world class ski area of Telluride. The custom furniture was built with quality craftsmanship and pride. This renowned craftsmanship and knowledge of log construction led Forest Classics in a new direction. Forest Classics is now one of of the leading custom log home builders in Western Colorado, serving customers worldwide. Brandon Horner, President of Forest Classics, is a master log smith and designer. He has many years of experience designing, building and decorating log homes. Brandon has an eye for detail, making each home a perfect fit to its owner.

Forest Classics employs only the best craftsman, each experienced in their field. The homes are hand-crafted with traditional techniques combined with insightful architecture and design. Only standing dead timber is harvested for our log homes. This makes our homes stable, strong and environmentally friendly.
